Our beautiful stallion Kraftur from Strönd is for sale. He is a big and handsome horse with very high and well placed neck. He is 8 cm higher on shoulders than crop, you can feel it when you sit on him, you have so much in front of you!

His wonderful character charm everyone up to the sky that handles him. He is so polite and nice stallion with NO STALLION ACT at all. His eyes will just melt you down, so beautiful.

His temperament is one of a kind and I think everyone is looking for it... Super safe to ride, very cooperative and positive horse.

Kraftur is an experienced competition horse. He has this amazing tölt that is just one of a kind. His slow tölt is very well self carrying with very high action and good form normally he is scoring around 7,5-8 for it. His speed is incredible, scores around 8,5 for that.
You can ride Kraftur for hours on loose rain, he is so self carrying on tölt!
He has good trot also with good form and suspension, the walk is also good and canter is ok.

He has scored often over 7,50 in T2 (loose rain tölt) and is the top three horse here in Iceland in that. We have not yet started him in T1 but that is the next thing with him, we think he could be super good in it ... with all this tölt!
He has scored 6,70 in 4gait outdoor and has competed on a 4 gait competition inside a riding hall with good success where he won a B-final and ended up in 3 place with some very strong participants.

Kraftur is highly educated in dressage and is very well trained horse. He knows how to collect and that works like a magic wand on him :)

When he was showed in a breeding show the conditions where pretty bad, lot of rain and wet track and bad weather. It was not as good as we hoped. But we think that his scores are not as like they should be and he can easily rise them.

We had 5 offsprings from him this summer.

My favorite one! Tölt machine!

4 of them are pinto and all of them are so crazy good looking. For sure they have inherited his good qualities, super high neck and huge tölt with really high action! We are so happy with them that we covered more mares with him this summer :)

Kraftur has very interesting bloodlines in him. He is the son of Kjarkur from Egilsstaðabæ that has given many highest class Tölters in the world like World Champion Hvinur from Holtsmúla, Nordic and Swedish champion Reynir from Hólshúsum, Multiply Icetölt winner Nátthrafn frá Dallandi, 9,5 tölter Móeiður frá Álfhólum and many others high class Tölters in the world!!!!!!!!

Kraftur´s mother is the daughter of Piltur from Sperðli, which was the star of Landsmót 1990 and has given many good offsprings and I think he has 1st prize for offsprings.

So there is no Orri in Kraftur only Otur that is Kjarkur's father just like Orri.
